Say you guppy - which I'm doing on this one - you spend $10 for the pack, crystals on the refresh, and some for the crystals because you can get her to 5* that way without your wife murdering you. It's fine, geek tax.
But now, having given a little support, I'm still 185 shards from using MT in a meaningful way...
So devs want to make even the interested people wait what is still going to be a very long time, ESPECIALLY by mobile game terms.
So the events comes 1/month and say I refresh each time (assuming I can - that is NOT clear by the dev response and, in fact, Dev response makes it sound like it will only be the 10...)
Best case scenario is I refresh and get 20 per month (and assuming I'm not traveling on that ONE DAY IT COMES!!!!) .... I'm looking at 9.25 months - which is really 10 months PLUS the 2 month wait while she's gone, and then in chromium only. So one year from now - and that's with paying for crystal refreshes.

This is reasonable? And more over, CG, community, this sounds like fun?? Like, you thought about this and figured making the bulk of the community wait between 12 and 26 months (again, assuming no ones misses a single event) was going to be fun?
