Perhaps. Before the June 10 announcement, I agree that one could reasonably have believed that these were not exploits; however, once the developers stated that these were unintended and that they were putting in new mechanics to prevent them, at that point guild hopping, alt farming and related strategies could be considered inappropriate exploits.
