Will droids get some love soon?

First reason has to do with arena. Up until about 2 months ago (when Zetas came out), droids could fairly easily climb to the top of almost any arena shard. This had been the case virtually since launch - Poe+droid speed meta, droids +Poggle +GS, etc. Then they introduced JE and B2 became f2p. Basically, droids have been a viable top arena faction for over a year. There are many other factions and ttoons that have never come close.

Also, droids are still extremely useful in other areas of the game. Phase 2 HAAT is owned by droid teams. My droid team can torch several hard nodes of GW without breaking a sweat.

TL;DR Droids have been virtually meta-proof since launch. Only faction that has been. I'm okay with them fading for a bit and letting other factions step into the limelight.

Yes they always been viable but not meta. They always been able to climb up rank, but loose it all overnight. They always been easy to defeat on offense. So what's the point? Yes they should have a zeta and become viable again.

The point he and others have made is Droids have been a "good enough" squad for a very long time. Investment in a early droid squad has been probably the most efficent "investment" so far in the game. While other metas have been better they also haven't lasted nearly as long.

So based on other factions that have been less useful for longer, I would say droids is farther back in line then some would want.
