Will new GL’s receive a change/buff?

Do you guys think CG will release a change on new GL’s kit? Apparently there is something going on wich was not expected(underdog)..

I really hope something is done to improve them. I've been working towards SEE, but it seems like once I get him I will be disappointed. Kylo definitely got the most love by far.
