Incorrect. You're getting your old stash plus some. Even still, if they have 0 DC, they're getting 1, where you're getting however many DC you had prior plus one. So you're always net positive. Reroll mats were supposed to be given back, but now that doesn't even matter cause the cost is reduced and we're are getting a boat load.

Okay so yes I see what you’re saying, the way it rewards the players who spent more is by shear volume. I for example did farm datacrons but I didn’t whale on resets so I only had 2 attacker crons. I will only receive 3 crons for free due to that, any other one sure I’ll be able to infinitely reroll but I won’t be able to upgrade them due to the lack Acumen. You still have to farm that stuff. Now let’s say you had 7 attacker crons you’re about to receive 8 maxed datacrons for free. I know it gets to a point where you no longer need them because you run out of teams to use them on but you still do have more. Players who didn’t touch them are only going to get one and they probably aren’t going to start farming them now either. 

All your current POW datacrons will be wiped and replaced with what you had before the "fix".

I did not get the same, I got less than I had. 

I did grind dc’s in conquest, spent crystals so I could re-roll (I don’t think re-roll mats were part of the “compensation”) and am left with 2 dc’s different from the ones I had and wanted. 

i think someone said that it seems players who did the grind were penalized and those that didn’t were rewarded.

I understand the point you are making about flat compensations. This will reward more than the effort put in for some. However, I cannot see a fairer solution than just rolling back and giving some crystals as a sorry for the disruption, rather than further touching datacrons. It depends on how fast they turn around; so far, it was just the experience of seeing them dusted. We may be impacted for one TW (every guild equally), but GAC is starting its first attack today and is locked in, so there is considerable time before GAC is impacted. But when discussing this, some argued that those who do not invest in DC's likely will still not even with this compensation. The flat compensations are also much quicker to implement and I expect (or hope) this to be a one-time issue. Whether anyone who used considerable resources or money still feels it has provided no value after the mess up and wishes to request refunds, that is up to them, I used some crystals but success is so RNG-dependant it really is hard to say whether anyone will benefit more or less in my opinion.

If I sell you a ton of diamondium for $1,000,000 , and then give 900 kg of diamondium to everyone for free, will you be happy that you spent that money? It's up to you how to feel about it, but I would probably be a bit hesitant to spend another million next month.

Are you not also getting the same mats? Like it's zero sum... You'll still have more DC than them, plus if they're not investing in DC/conquest, chances are you won't be facing them in GA. Also they probably won't even bother bumping them even though it's free.
