Aye, it was broken all to heck before. I watched a video of Maul applying Daze to General Kenobi WHILE he had tenacity up.

The only debuffs that should apply through tenacity up are irresistible ones or tenacity down.

It was supremely broken before, now it is WAI.

That was probably before they changed the buffs/debuffs to show the last one applied and there was probably a tenacity down underneath the tenacity up. I've been using Maul to daze since Zader was the Meta and not once did he get Daze to apply through tenacity up. (My god that would've been great though)

Also, it's not that hard to put a little bit of Potency mods on Maul and get him to consistently daze 4 toons again. Most people's tenacity is around 30%, Maul's base Potency from his unique is around 41% and just add like 5-10% potency and you're back to dazing most of the time. If you're dazing 1-4 consistently, you're probably right on the edge of where you want your potency to be at, see if you can put a potency cross on him or just some mods with a few potency secondaries.
