Sith Rey does not like di droideka, just keeps trying and trying and trying and trying and trying and trying and again trying with her repulse, I counted 35 times then decided to quit the encounter,

Just call her "DSV" or "RDSV", as in Rey (Dark Side Vision).
Just used her with a first order squad against a Ddk node. Left Ddk for Drey.
basic didn’t land fear, 1st special retaliate and retribution started wrecking the enemy with counters. 2nd special took down the 3 remaining full health enemy (including Ddk) in one shot.
didn’t notice an endless attack loop?
are you using TM removal disks while Ddk had damage immunity?
