It's not just the zDM bug change - he has been in a long-term downward trend and there's multiple issues impacting zDM's effectiveness that will continue to bleed in everyone's leaderboards:
1. GK usage and build rate will continue to go up over time
2. Chaze usage and build rate will continue to go up over time
3. The Rex shift, which should mostly be in play already, but as 1 and 2 above also get stuck behind Rex the impact increases
4. R2D2 usage and build rate will continue to go up over time (he's skyrocketing in usage even on gg)
Combine all those factors to a bug fix on Maul that was very relevant to his team and it's a constant drip drip drip pushing down the utility of Maul. I doubt it's just the bug fix, likely a combo of 1 - 4 going on as well.
