Let's go further with the math.  5 runs per member, with 5 toons per run = 25 toons per member.

25 toons per member x 50 members = 1,250 toons used in the raid max

So I'm not sure what the flex is saying there are less than 4,000 R9 toons

Additionally, you only need 145 max runs at the top tier to get the top box.  If every member has the new BB or new Mace and vanguard and Tarkin plus DS clones at R9, you could do it right there.  Tarkin plus Scorch can hit 3.6 million and the other three clones can also do it as well.

3.6 million x 3 = 10,800,000 x 50 = 540,000,000 

So there you go, you can max the raid with only 500 R9
