Would you want a "No Action" button added to combat moves?

Everyone THINKS they would want this, but they would be very unhappy if they did it. It would further widen the gap between player and AI, and make the speed/DPS meta even stronger than it already is.
Very bad idea.
Also, it would make GW into a joke.
