Wrecker mercenary quests

Hi all,  I have an issue with Wrecker mercenary quests, one says I got to "kill CT-9904 crosshair in the presence of wrecker mercenary" (sorry for possible wrong translation).  Problem, I can't fin...

Well, I know there's a ROTE node with him. Maybe that's it?

Or he's in one of the Tiers for this Marquee, but I can only do the first 3.

As an aside: PSA - Krrsantin's Dismember doesn't count for the Disarm Feat. Only WM's Collossal Smash.
