In raiding today by some, his DOTs no longer stick on AAT raid boss in P3 (they expire). TM removal still works, however. Not sure yet about other phases or Rancor. Edit: Confirmed down below by @B...

Works just fine apart from the B1s not taking turns which is definitely a bug.
Yet it can be overcome even after fixing by spamming AOEs every 3 turns
