Don’t know why other countries got them but we never have!? I would think even F2P would even buy a 20 zeta mat pack if offered.

Not really I have like 3 and only toon I’d put them on can’t be unlock because event isn’t back. Only players that are desperate to increase gp will buy they don’t serve much purpose besides that.
