Zetas Crunch
Hi, Since you have addressed (partially) the gear economy crunch, what can you do about the Zetas crunch? I would like to be able to collect zeta mats more frequently, at least 20 mats a week from...

Zetas influx rate is slightly higher than f2p growth. So a f2p player who has big enough roster for full participation won't feel any zeta crunch (they certainly did feel it in the early game). If you pay for accelerated roster growth, zetas are another thing you need to pay for to keep up.
The first part is definitely not true. I have so many characters that need Zetas and I never can start saving them. As soon as I have 20 mats, I have to decide what character gets it next/which one is the most important. The only instance where I "save" them, is when I get a new toon like Starkiller, where I know I need them all asap or as now is the case for my next GL, because I am almost done with the reqs.
It is true I commented on the zeta acquisition speed, not the ability to deck out your roster. Perhaps I was sloppy in my use of words. In my head f2p growth referred to aquiering new characters. And when you participate in everything that awards zetas it is definitely faster to aquire 20-60 zeta pieces than to grind 300 shards, g1-13 stockpile and intended relic level materials. The overshoot is given to the backlog or saved for future use.
As I stated, early f2p certainly feel the crunch. But as the zeta influx is higher, you catch up with the backlog over time. If it was lower you could never zeta new characters and address anyone in the backlog without sacrificing the new guy, this certainly is not the case.
I am playing for almost 3 years now ftp (in January), I have 1 GL and 2 GL ships on 7 stars (Prof and Levi) and I am almost done with the next GL. I have 6.8 M GP, I get first place in fleet every day for almost the entire time since I unlocked fleet Arena so I actually have a "higher" Zeta income than others and as I said, I still have a big Zeta problem and I see no change in the near future. I would not consider myself an early player. As I stated before (in another thread), the Zeta catch up or even the ability to save them is something, that only happens when you already have almost every character, that needs a Zeta, equipped and don't have to level many new characters. Which invmy opinion is endgame.
