Zidious mods help. All potency?

Can someone help me with the mods for zeta sidious? I checked the mod guide but didn't think that it applied to him zeta'd. Do I put all potency mods on him and then as much speed and critical damage primaries and secondaries? I would think for sure I put a potency cross. It says he gains max Health equal to potency percentages, so do I just add all the potency possible? Thank you!!
