Help finding Active but Cas guild

Would be nice to find guilds that don't have ridiculous '7 hour max offline' requirements, as well as a guild that does raids often enough but that doesn't knee cap themselves to players with a bazillion power. If that exists please comment your guild, frustrating. So far all the ones I've found do barely anything at all, despite decent total GP. DarthMalan is my name.
