100% TM units
Recipe for disaster. With how many units "gain 100% tm" from whatever it may be... they don't actually gain 100%tm. It's next in line 100% tm. What happens if Vader kills someone with his culling blad...

The worst case of this is Droid teams vs Rex where 6 or 7 toons might all have 100% TM at the same time.
