100% TM units
Recipe for disaster. With how many units "gain 100% tm" from whatever it may be... they don't actually gain 100%tm. It's next in line 100% tm. What happens if Vader kills someone with his culling blad...

Is it possible to have a toon that is ready to take a turn actually lose TM and not take it?
For instance HK-47 scores 3 crits, gains 150% TM. Enemy QGJ was at 100%, goes first and attacks HK-47 with basic, removing 30% TM: Is HK-47 now going next (because he is/was at 100% TM), or is he back at 70%, and will go after anyone has more than that?
