100% turn meter bug?

Hello,

Fellow members of my guild and I have been having issues with mechanics that are supposed to give 100% turn meter - example CLS call to action.

When we are doing this it is granting the turn meter however opposition characters are then taking a turn between you performing this action and then taking the second turn (result of 100% turn meter gain) .

Example cls against an Emperor Palpatine team - performs call to action, gains the buff then Emperor Palpatine will go and stun everyone, the second action for cls is lost due to being stunned.

This is also an issue for my characters such as Tarkin and Vader in my experience.

But in this example, Palpatine is getting turnmeter because of call to action (debuffs expiring) so shouldn't CLS be at 100% before palapatine, she he is getting the 100% after?

The order in which they reach 100% does not matter. It's RNG baby.

Then why does the order matter for old bens taunt?

(He taunts after fracture or buff immunity)

Close but not quite. It's RNG who goes first when multiple toons have 100%TM.

But you are correct on how the toons got to 100%TM.

It's not always RNG AFAIK. It was, long ago, but then it got fixed. RNG is involved ONLY when 2 or more toons reach 100% TM at the same time - try RaidHan vs RaidHan. If 2 toons reach 100% TM IN THE SAME TURN - but you can tell who got there first, then they move in that order they reached 100%. It's best observed in the first turn (which ISN'T in fact first turn). Each character has "TM bar" representing graphically acctual TM numeric value. Let's say full is 1000. As the fight starts each character in round 1 "fills" it's TM according to its speed stat. Round 1 finished, nobody is at full TM, nothing happens, round 2 begins. Repeat "filling", round 2, round 3, etc. Let's now assume each team has fastest CLS, one is 260 speed, the other 263. If RNG was always involved then after round 3 one CLS would be at 780/1000 (not full), the other at 789/1000 (also not full). Then, round 4 - both of them are at full TM (both exceeded 1000). Now, if only RNG would be in play then slower CLS could go before faster CLS (after round 4 both of them are at 100% TM) - but that's not the case. 263 speed will always go before 260 (if no other TM manipulation come in play).

No, it's still RNG. The game does not track who gets there first. When it goes to see if someone can take a turn, it looks at all chars with 100% tm and rng's the winner.

    This.
