Hello i was wondering of the 3 capital ships you get at the start of fleet battles what one is better?

All 3 capital ships are needed for the fleet challenges. However, the Executrix is the most important one early on since she is required for the fleet ability mat challenge that rewards zeta mats on the higher tiers.
Executrix also has the best defensive AI, meaning you you'll drop fewer ranks in the arena (compared to running the same motley crew of starter ships with another cap ship).
Keep in mind that you need dark side ships for the fleet mastery event that unlocks additional stars and reinforcements. The 3 Geonosian ships work pretty well with Exe.
