Hello i was wondering of the 3 capital ships you get at the start of fleet battles what one is better?

Home One and Executrix are both pretty decent. Home One probably has a slight advantage just because you'll want to get Han's Falcon and a Rebel fleet going, whereas there isn't really a solidified Empire fleet at the moment.
What I like about fleets is using them in TW. Mine suck but this is how I roll. I am in a guild where my inflated GP has me not contributing much. Lots of bad toons. Have you ever considered putting the only legendary non-capital ship in the starting lineup of the fleet it is designed for?
