Hello i was wondering of the 3 capital ships you get at the start of fleet battles what one is better?

All Mata/Credits into Executrix first with any Darkside ships you have, as stated above so you can open up Zeta mats challenge.
Then once you have Zetas unlocked start working on Home-1 w/ Rebels long term.
Don't invest Credits or Mats into Endurance till your ready for GAS which should be along way off.
