Maybe not lately but I remember seeing it a lot before.
You're referring to when Bastilla came in at 3* I'm guessing? I'll grant you that, but that was the exception rather than the rule. It's a regular thing with ships - people seem to think having a load of GP sat on your bench doing nothing means something.
I'm referring to lots of different times. It's been a common complaint as long as I can remember.
I agree it's worse with ships, both because of the bench and because of the way 2 and 3 pilot ships inflate it.
