So really you need to have Galactic legends.  I mean rank four in the arena is using four clone troopers and just Anakin-  it goes to tell you about modeling your character correctly and learning how to use them.

But yeah the top people have the most powerful units because they are powerful if you’re not as powerful then the odds of you beating them or less but not impossible

I believe you're confusing Squad Arena and Grand Arena Championship.

Squad Arena is as you described.  When you start the game, 'a shard' is made of players that started at a similar time as you, and this is who you play.

Grand Arena Championship is a ladder system with promotions and demotions.  You play the nearest 7 people to you on the ladder, no matter the size of their rosters.

This last bit is 'sort of' what the OP is complaining about..................I guess, but it's not that easy to follow nor is it at all constructive.  A well thought out topic sentence, idea to fix the issue/issues (that's also unclear) and a conclusion would have helped the OP's post greatly.  

Something I always found odd. Half of the top 10 arena players(including fleet)are in carbonate in gac. Do they just forget how to play when they leave the arena 

Oh and the top arena player is in carbonate 4 the same as me and I'm in the 800's in arena

So it's easy for me to see that these posts by people are accurate. Tomorrow I face my first galactic legend and a bunch of relic 7-9. My only chance at winning is if he's trying to get his rank even lower and not show.

There has been one truth since the first games that had pvp. People will look for any advantage they can find.

And when it comes down to it pay to win games have the worst player base. 

Suggesting people would deliberately and repeatedly lose in GAC for a competitive advantage doesn’t stand up. The sliding scale of rewards, both daily and from winning rounds, means any player doing that deliberately is earning fewer crystals than if they fought competitively at “their level”.

Squad Arena is quite meaningless.  After doing one a day, there's no real reason to spend a lot of time/effort here.  Fleet Arena however, is quite different.  I'd have thought that players wishing to do well here would also have an interest in GAC.

If the player is 'active' and 'competitive' they will climb, thus the situation being described wouldn't happen.  If the rosters are as powerful as suggested, then they must be 'quite' inactive to stay at well..............you're suggesting Carbonite, but the OP gave a lack of useful information on which league/s.

Obviously there's no 2 players alike.  Some are totally inactive or just 1 time attackers.  Whereas others are dependent on time or motivation.  I certainly think there are a lot of the lack of intestinal fortituders; those that won't even try if it's competitive, but happy to try when they know they can't lose.

However, the bottom line is if they're active 50% of the time in low Carbonite they will climb away from low Carbonite.  So, the large accounts that are in low Carb have to be more inactive than active.

All this said, this is an issue that needs to be addressed.  Not from a winning perspective, we all live in a win percentage window, but from a spirit of the game and a positive experience perspective.

You guys continue to act like threads like this is an isolated incident when these boards are full of threads like this. And if more people posted on these dead boards there would be hundreds of threads like this.Some people will defend cg to the death. Gac is a mess. It's full of people looking for any advantage to stroke their e-peen. It's not normal for a guy to be number 1 in arena and fleet but 29000 in gac. And it's not an isolated incident. Half of the top 10 is like that. 

I remember the thread about how this guy son had to play someone with a much higher gp and numerous gl's and people blamed the kid. Games are suppose to be fun and it's not fun losing when you have no chance at winning time and time again.

There's an awful lot of strawmanning in your post.  That's not helpful to anybody.  However, I don't see anybody saying "it's" an isolated incident.   True, a lot of people don't see it as a problem, probably because it doesn't affect them.  However, I clearly said it (it being large accounts that have fallen due to inactivity) is a problem.

That's your top 10, not mine.  I'm K2 and my fleet arena top 10 right now is 7 K2, 2 K3 and one Ch2 (not sure what's going on there, but I can ask him).

My Squad Arena top 10 are 8 K1 and 2 K2.

Hmmmm, I disagree there.  Also, if you read that whole thread I gave (what I think) is the answer to the issue (large rarely active accounts).

True.  As I said, I think this is an issue.  I think CG should fix it.  I think it's outrageous that a player's first game in GAC could  potentially be vs a 10 million GP account with 8 GLs.  That really shouldn't happen.

That's just not the case though.  The maths doesn't workout.  

1. If these large accounts in Carbonite actively try to win they will climb rapidly.
2.  DarjeloSalas has already explained that by being in Carbonite they are losing out on rewards.

If there are players (and I've seen no proof of this) dropping to Carbonite because they think they'll win more and get more rewards.  Then there as stupid as Golden Eagle that think's it should live as a worm.  Less IQ than these guys that continually make 'I can't defeat teams in Conquest, why?' threads well over after the issue was reported.

Every player has their reasons for dropping.  All probably slightly different.  However, believing that they'll be better off for it........is as daft as a duck wearing fluoro pink in hunting season.  Unless you can give a good reason that we don't know with examples; it's not a thing.

It takes all the fun out of the game. And let's face it it causes you to not want to try.If you guys were constantly going up against people where you stood no chance you would have a different story about it. 

I took pics of the first third fourth and fifth arena players in carbonate. If I get time later I will cover their names and post them. It's funny 4 out of 5 of the best arena players are in carbonate.

You continually (very similar to the OP of the thread you mentioned) fail to acknowledge that I don't think it's right (for inactive accounts) to drop like a lead lined piece of lead to drop to the bottom of GAC.  I feel I don't need a different story as I have put forward a way to fix the part of the problem I consider a problem.  Those players that have done well and up so that their GP is below average, they can cope or be pushed back down.

Great!  What was the reason for this?  To in some way prove that players are tanking GAC deliberately?  Or to prove that 'the' Arena shard has low carbo players doing well in Arena.  Either way, it's not relevant.

You need to change 'the best arena' to 'my shard's best arena'.  We're all in different shards.  You've also failed to show the relevance that has to anything.  If they've tanked GAC, they are losing out.  If they're taking squad arena seriously, but not GAC; it's either a life choice or not very smart.

You cannot game they system in GAC.  That is simple.  It just pay to do so.
