I read everytime things about mods with a secondary +30 speed. I did a lot of mods battle and i cant see anyone. Thing is, if i have a mod with +2 speed, when i upgrade will be a +30? Or will stay wit...

Each upgrade is at max +6.(but not guaranteed )
A gold mod "can" upgrade speed 4 times. (But no guarantee the upgraded stat will be the same stat each time)
So 2, at a base will never yield the max speed.
A gold mod with a speed secondary is the best chance to get a great speed secondary, regardless of the starting value.
