Chirpatine is hard on NAAT if your emp is too strong as the adds die too easy.. try datcha lead with tfp plus tanks and try avoid killing adds, rg is useful for stunning as well.. teebo can help as well with removing tm.
Tfp is key so if you can escape him you can use him again with emp lead etc
