The thing with Ackbar is he also reduces Cooldowns (I’m 90% sure) on the ally who uses a non-attack, so a few characters (such as, well, Ackbar) could fairly easily not use many attacks.
Ackbar’s still new, and Leia’s even newer. Plus between the QGJ thing and Leia indicating there might be more, I feel like Ackbar testing may take a while.
