Acolyte going first even when slower with Talzin lead?

Hey all, trying to figure out a team I can use to beat Nightsisters without messing up my current mod sets on my main team(s). Tried Tarkin (L) with TFP, EP, Shore, Thrawn...

My TFP is 236 speed +28 from Tarkin lead. His Acolyte is 232 speed +30 from Talzin lead. His Talzin is 236 speed (+30)....yet his Acolyte is going 1st before everyone...how?

    So to update on the Talzin team my arena shard is trying to figure out...another person when he battles that NS team, Asajj is going first and she is only 198+30. So if we are getting different first attackers something is going on.

    Nevermind, figured out what was going on. Asajj's unique with the +15 speed for each enemy without buffs.
