I am hoarding at the moment, going for a jump to level 40.
When i get there i will hopefully have a 4 star Hera, 3 star chopper and a 2 - 3 star Ezra (prolly 2 star). at the highest gear level that my energy allows me to get. i am guessing that i have to start competing in Arena right away to get the most out of my time hoarding. or am i wrong about that? (this after trying to join a relativly new shard). Who should i fill my 2 remaining spots in my arena team with?

Also have Kylo Ren 4 star (from the battlefront 2 promo)
Anybody that is leveled and geared up, it can be Kylo, Luke, Leia or STH.

No, Clones are irrelevant in this meta. Not useful at all apart from Fives in fleet arena and Rex in normal arena.
