I was busy with real life and wasn't active on forum for a long time. Will try to catch up on things and update this guide today.
As it was stated here - you have timestamps on original post, so it is outdated, but from what I remember info in comments was up to date - you only had to read what was written here. I acknowledge the criticism as it is varanted.
Try writing your own, I'm sure you're more than qualified to do it. I bet community would be very interested and appreciative of that.
