Well depends with that easy to gear. He is until gVIII, but most units' G8 is easy to reach. My GQJ still waits for some time to become g9, but this needs a Mk5-droid caller, 50 salvages that are not farmable in nodes. Two of the salvages cost 660 guild tokens. And if you ask your guild mates, they can only donate 2 per day. And, you need that Mk5 droid callers also for Wedge (first).
Not enough with that, you need 50 Mk3 stun cuffs. These are cheaper but still. So that "easy gear" on QGJ stopps relatively early.
