Hrm, my timings seem way off. I am lvl 74 now and I know some differences between your way and mine since I started earlier than this guide appeared. I farmed Phasma instead of Biggs and went witch Jawa-Engineer until I unlocked him from Guild store.
For ships I just have Boba and Biggs 4* now, rest ist 3*.. granted some time lost due to Biggs in GW.
I got IGD (+ hard nodes) to 5* from guild store, Sun Fac is 5*, Maul is unlocked.. but I think stating its "not so hard to get them to 7* till lvl 75" is a bit overrating the shards - but maybe the guilds I joined are just underperforming in terms of tickets and raids.
Some suggestions I would like to ask you about:
1. Dengar. I am not sure wether I will be able to manage the 3rd CC challenge better with player level 80 but Chewie feels like dead weight and Dengar is a very slow farm. However he is a scoundrel with raid relevance so maybe farm him "whenever he appears" from the beginning ?
2. EE. Really slow farm with quite the raid relevance, so maybe mention him as a "daily hard node must farm" ?
