Hey, Raw, was looking at your swogh.gg account and saw that all of your attackers on your arena team are mainly with CC mods. Are you using it because you think the 10%~15% CC gain is better than 20~30% health or because your CC mods are better than your Health Mods? I know all those toons need CC, but didn't think they'd need all CC mods
