Admiral Raddus - Jyn Insta Defeat Protection

Is Admiral Raddus' unique ability that keeps Jyn from being defeated while he is alive supposed to also apply to CAT and Darth Nihilus' "instantly defeat" abilities?

Raddus revives her. If there's an ability which prevents revives that defeats her, she won't come back.
