Nothing can help that now.
The dev team showed how useless tenacity is unless it is used in crazy high amounts with the release of the sith raid.
Many are going to start unlocking traya who will make TD's pretty much useless since they are a debuff.
Now I don't know what the rework has in store for bh but they currently have a reliance on TD landing and exploding.

Tenacity is EXTREMELY useful in the Sith raid. Its kinda its "thing" along with TM gain. The Magmatrooper team is easy example. But I toyed with tenacity cross and there is a notable difference against Nihilus.
But my super seekrit oober team is: Farmboy, Raid Han, CLS, Leia, Chirrut or Visas. Normally could not use this team against Nihilus because of multi attack and counters, but with Farmboys tenacity lead they resist the defense down about 80+ percent of the time, so you can use multi-attackers. With g12 CLS and everyine else g9 and Visas at g8 with 4 stars. Only IBAT zeta gets 900-1.1M in T1. Add a tenacity cross and they will resist almost 100%. Tenacity baby. ;)
My sooper dooper theery and all-in team is: Tenacity cross on everyone for 100% resist: zzFarmboy, Pao, zRHan, Sabine and zVisas (or Chirrut). Farmboy zeta gives 50% tenacity and Advantage on resist so your team will have 100% crit 100% of the time, Offense up 100% of the time (basics refresh Paos cooldown) 4 Multi and counter attackers, full health 100% of the time from 60% Visas zeta assists - all against a Nihilus with zero armor from Sabines Darksaber. My Pao is not leveled yet but i think this will be a top 5 T1 team. All because of Tenacity. ;)
Kidding aside, but the above teams are solid. I havent tested on Heroic yet but I think it will work the same.- Rex Rex Rex... You either die as anti-meta or you live long enough to become the meta

And those same teams will resist very little in arena which was my main point.
I have used tenacity cross on na in sith raid and it did nothing for her. Defense down all day long.
I have found you have to boost tenacity over 100% to have any use out of it in the sith raid which is what you are doing. That to me is useless since you have to give up other stuff to get it. Easier to boost their damage and speed and just blow thru the protection that he gets because of defense down.
Edit: to add a jtr team does that damage with out worrying about tenacity. Add visa to the jtr team and easily double their damage with no added tenacity. - I ran the team above today and only got hit 2 or 3 times. No special tenacity mods. Just Farmboys lead.

Well I am glad it is working for you for the cool 1mil score. Still goes back to my main statement that you have to have a high boost on tenacity for the sith raid and it won't work anywhere else.
I not arguing with you. I agree its largely useless most other places. But a "cool one million score" is nothing to scoff at for the large portion of the population that arent in uber guilds and dont have heroic on farm. I dont have JTR nor does all but 2 in my guild. Around 1 Mil in phase one for a team you normally could not use is useful, and at least here its because of tenacity.
