Amilyn Holdo & Rose Tico
Do we need to invest in these 2 characters?

Holdo is an excellent tank. Mine is only g8 and I still use her under JTR for GA/TW when I want to save R2 for my rebel team. AOE daze is fantastic. I imagine she'd be a real force fully geared up, plus she seems like a strong candidate to get a capital ship at some point.
Rose is OK all around but not especially great at anything. I'll probably gear her up at some point anyway just because it seems likely that she'll be required for something Episode 9 related.
