Anti-Phasma toon

Hi

Each time that i face an ennemy team who has Phasma i get destroyed quite fast. So in case the ennemy has Phasma i really need a toon in my team to counter him and his speed ability. So which toon should i start to level up in order to counter Phasma next time i face him ?
