Anyone else notice JTR squads received some kind of boost?

That dip was not me being lazy... its the date I question something having been changed. Now I am burning battles just to barely stay on the leaderboards. Before I could get away with almost never refreshing except to help other shardmates. Several in my shard group running the previous CLS meta are also reporting increased difficulty with JTR squads starting on the same day.
