Be practical then, and solve it in-game. CG will do nothing for you. They may if the other guy is harassing you in the chat (I'm not sure), but as far as the arena goes, there's nothing CG will do for you. Your opponent is not breaking any rules. The arena is designed for battles and rivalry.
There is no way to solve it in game. You can't stop a petty toxic person from doing whatever he can to ruin your day through gameplay
It seems like in his view, you were the one who started it.
No, there's no way to solve this other than between you and the other guy. Be practical then. Accept the situation, or do something about it.
