The reason why that's not in consideration is because he explicitly said he was going to save his fights to target me, because I called him a liar (when he was a liar or someone was sharing his account)
Good for him, you're being unnecessarily rude after two fights and one day, and guess what, if he's targeting you anyway, why not give that as a reason? Who cares if he's a liar, but if that's the case, why believe him when he says he's going to inconvenience himself doing something that benefits him? You say his mods are bad, that stops him beating good Darth Revan teams, or significantly better JKR teams, whereas Padme is easy pickings. Also fits the narrative of him using you to progress and you being unpleasant only making it easier on him. No reason that's not the case so far.
Also I see you had nothing to say with respect to the second part of my message? I'm guessing it got to you enough that you felt it might be harassment.
His payout is later than mine so if he tries using me to climb during my payout hour he ends up sliding back and has no fights left to climb back up. So no, that's not benefitting him at all. Messaging him after he attacked me twice during my payout politely is not being rude.
Politely? How about when you called the guy a liar? According to your story, that's what upset him.

I called him a liar after he gave me a response to my requests that made a claim that had to be a lie, or he was sharing his account with someone. His account isn't banned for account sharing after I reported it suggesting he might be account sharing, so he must have been lying. What's your next excuse for him, he's got multiple personalities?
I think the important point here is that you failed at diplomacy. Whether he's a liar or not doesn't matter, that you called him a liar does. What you ultimately wanted was for him to leave you alone and the best way to accomplish that was to be cool and work things out amicably. Instead, you put being right about how you interpreted the situation ahead of getting him to leave you alone and now you can't accomplish the original goal. Again, doesn't matter if you were right or not. Try a different approach next time and results will probably be different.
and how exactly would you go forward with him swearing up and down he wasn't even in game?
I would say, "Ok, cool. Sorry I accused you, guess I was mistaken. I would still appreciate it if in the future you don't hit me before my payout which is (fill in the blank) and I won't hit you before yours. Thanks."
I've had several conversations like that (without having to apologize for calling them a liar) and guess what, my climbs are stress free. Like I said, doesn't matter if you think he's a liar or not, you just can't persuade somebody to do something for you with the approach you took. That's life.
