Many are worth it but it depends on what you're using them for. Yoda gains a lot of survivability which is very noticeable against Sep Droids and LSGTB. His additional damage is okay but not as noticable as other attackers. I would've recommended stopping relic at r3-5 as the investment doesn't provide much additional benefit past that point.
