Picture Worth Thousand of Words...

Basically, the App cannot detect my installed game due to the issue above. Already tried everything in my end, no solution. Found out at 2:00pm Pacific Time, already 5 hours. My Entire Game cannot launch. :/ Never Happened Before, 1st time ever see the game unlauchble

    The fix in this link worked for me when I was getting the same issue as you.

    Essentially you open task manager, and force close EA background services, then relaunch the app. Hope it works for you

    Sad Update: Now it's a constant hassle that I HAVE to repeat the process on EACH 2nd launch on app as itself lost the memory in senior age
