https://i.imgur.com/z33N0Np.jpgBasically, the App cannot detect my installed game due to the issue above. Already tried everything in my end, no solution. Found out at 2:00pm Pacific Time, already 5 hours. My Entire Game cannot launch.  :/ Never Happened Before, 1st time ever see the game unlauchble

Essentially you open task manager, and force close EA background services, then relaunch the app. Hope it works for you

Sad Update: Now it's a constant hassle that I HAVE to repeat the process on EACH 2nd launch on app as itself lost the memory in senior age
