Zaul is good unless you are facing a team with R2 which nearly all of them do these days.
The zeta on Savage is not wasted under DN. Yes, SOME of it is wasted but it is still a solid choice.
Still, all things considered, put it on a rebel. They just revamped the Sith and Empire factions and it is clear that both are still woefully behind the rebels.
