I thought she was gonna suck and OH boy was I wrong. It is MUCH MUCH worse than that. I have her maxed out with all gear and zetas with good enough mods. Been running her with R2 BB8 (zeta) CLS GK....

Not really. It's better to evade than to take damage. General Kenobi is probably the best tank in the game, and he gains foresight too.

The meta consist of several characters, many of whom can't bypass foresight. If you only encountered teams filled entirely with Raid Hans, then I'd agree that the foresight wouldn't help much.
Anyway, other people seem to have success with her, at least on offense, so perhaps you're not using her right.
