I thought she was gonna suck and OH boy was I wrong. It is MUCH MUCH worse than that. I have her maxed out with all gear and zetas with good enough mods. Been running her with R2 BB8 (zeta) CLS GK....

I have to agree, very disapointed!!
Spent tons of crystals to farm vets and Rey is just another average toon. Yes u can beat the meta, but need good good and count on some rng, but on defense u get slaughtered so easily. Mine is g12 with zeta lead and she slooks like a better version of KRU.
She's a tank that is not a tank with low protection, an attacker that can't hit hard, what a joke!
There's no "good defensive" toon here like devs said. By the way, that explains why they gave 99999 interviews right before release, fooling people even more about it.
