I thought she was gonna suck and OH boy was I wrong. It is MUCH MUCH worse than that. I have her maxed out with all gear and zetas with good enough mods. Been running her with R2 BB8 (zeta) CLS GK....

Presumably you mean "full" resistance squad...in which case it's irrelevant. There's not a single Finn lead in that report.
A zFinn team is more consistent in TB thanks to Poe's larger TM removal, but that's not what we're talking about here. We're talking about arena, and if Finn was a better lead for resistance, he'd show up on the list. He doesn't.
FWIW I have her and use her in TB, TW, and raids. Great fun to play with and very useful. I'm not using her in arena because my rebels are geared better.
