Arena is decided by a “coin flip”
It’s like Poe meta all over again...
Arena is currently primarily EP led teams with Vader to move fast and ideally give TM on his first sequence of attacks (force crush followed by culling blade)
That worked great for a moment (your personal experience may have varied depending on your mods and how fast you could make Vader)
But then Sion was introduced!
So now he gives a potential TM boost to Nihilus when he takes damage...
And next comes the “coin flip”
Does the opposing team’s Nihilus move next? Or does your team win the flip and EP or Nihilus of whoever moves next?
That probably will decide how the battle progresses...
You might win... or you might lose...
It all depends on pure RNG and how lucky you are in. that particular battle...
I don’t personally care for it much... and in high end arena it is becoming more and more prevalent with the way the meta is moving...
What do you think? Is the “coin flip” meta back again?
