Yeah it's time for Lando to go. A really good counter to Chirrut/Baze is Boba but you got that. RNG is to blame for the whole speed thing, it just happens like that sometimes because of the synergy. If you're having trouble with every team like that's maybe look into a Vader/Palp led team with TFP, Boba, and a tank. Palpatine's shock is phenomenal against Chaze.
