Arena speed question
I am curious as to how much more speed is required to "ensure" a character will go before another. Specifically, I am running HK (L), 88, 86, JE, and Poggle. Respective speeds are 127(30), 123(2), 119...

It is impossible with your setup. JE is to slow
Your JE start speed is 202.
When he gets his turn 88 Wil have 90.5% TM.
Assuming JE TM push is 45% and keeping with that line up
With a 123 speed 88 JE needs modded speed of 184 so give him 22 more speed and it will work.
184 + 40 from unique in game speed of 224
This would put 88 TM at 54.9% when JE starts his turn.
JE TM push of 45% would put
Poggle at 100% TM
Hk at 100% tm
88 at 99.9% tm
86 at 98.1% tm
