Arena Team/ RAID team help

Question

Hey everyone! I have a lot of low leveled characters and a sorta crappy arena and raid team and i was wondering which ones could be viable for use in arena and raids. Who should I star up, mod, and level up for that type of team? Thanks ! https://swgoh.gg/u/remingtonewing/collection/

Obviously the current meta being rebels I would level up your Wedge, STHan, and then run Wedge (L), Biggs, STHan, JKA, and QGJ. As long as you have plenty of speed you should be able to steamroll a lot of teams with that set up.It will be pretty viable in all aspects of the game as well.
